1. This app helps you set up your Urbanears Connected speaker for the first time and manage stuff behind the scenes.
2. Save up to 7 of your favorite playlists from Spotify and internet radio so they’re ready for instant play.
3. Manage multiroom groupings, change audio source, and adjust volume inside the app or directly on your speakers.
4. Browse thousands of internet radio stations from around the world and stream them directly to your speaker.
5. Save, play, and change presets inside the app or directly on your speaker.
6. Watch the easy tutorials to learn how to operate your speaker.
7. Combine two or more Connected speakers to create a multiroom system.
8. Just a handful of steps, and you’re ready to play.
9. Set up is donkey-proof using the app.
10. Use the in-app equalizer to fine-tune the treble and bass balance. Ahh, that’s perfect.
1. Not connected to your own WiFi... Although now its up and running works like a charm with Spotify and Chromecast.Pretty happy with the app and the speaker, but have had an issue in the last 2 weeks or so that suddenly the volume level shoots up to near max, resulting in some family members having a near-diarrhea-experience.
2. They are good for the price but the app is a slog; you need to reset the speaker to change wifi settings which is ridiculous.
3. My fix was setting an unique name for my router's 2.4Ghz WiFi and resetting my Baggen to connect to it.
4. It may just be me but you need to connect to the speaker via wifi directly with your phone.
5. The manufacturer could have included advice to shut down the 5 GHz wifi during the device setup and perform it only with 2.4 GHz wifi.
6. Once the speaker is set up I was left clueless as to why the setup worked since I, by no means, followed the step-by-step guide in the app.
7. I bought the Urbanears Plattan 2 Bluetooth headphones, when I try to connect and pair I get an error that they need an app to connect.
8. The instructions do not cover in detail how to setup the device (simply says to download the app and setup through it - which is difficult since the app isn't working).
9. Anyone having the same? The app can find the speaker, but refuses to connect to it.
10. Quick tip for dummies, check your wifi... Good product!I'm a little confused.
11. Multi-room is unreliable; even one room away the 2nd speaker lags, skips, loses connection etc.
