1. Not connected to your own WiFi... Although now its up and running works like a charm with Spotify and Chromecast.Pretty happy with the app and the speaker, but have had an issue in the last 2 weeks or so that suddenly the volume level shoots up to near max, resulting in some family members having a near-diarrhea-experience.

2. They are good for the price but the app is a slog; you need to reset the speaker to change wifi settings which is ridiculous.

1. Restart Urbanears Connected: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Urbanears Connected App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Urbanears Connected" » Open Urbanears Connected » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Urbanears Connected » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Urbanears Connected app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Urbanears Connected servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Urbanears Connected" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Urbanears Connected app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Urbanears Connected might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Urbanears Connected. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Urbanears Connected then reinstall.
