1. When you are done, there is a list of supported apps and a toggle switch so you can hear the difference! 5/5Best headphone enhancement app ever! It takes 10 minutes to select your headphone model, take the hearing test and then a preference A/B test.
2. With the newest update, you are no longer forced to use the built-in test tracks when creating a custom EQ; you can play your own music in the background.
3. It has a really good ear to test (my right ear is a bit deaf to treble) and the preference test is good from the outset (I recommend not retaking it, it ruins it.) It even has a graphic eq! However, it's not quite perfect: at least on my phone, the app sometimes won't launch unless you restart your phone.
4. The app allows you to switch back and forth between flat and your personal profile that they assemble from a sound test, and they sound very close to studio reference when I go back and forth, so the test is accurate.
5. I tried it on a few songs after doing the test and it's great that I could hear everything, but it kinda ruins the songs in a way.
6. It won't let me disable the hearing test results, even though it has unbalanced the two ears, making the sound actively worse.
7. After that your personalized listening settings are all set and when you listen to music in your favorite music apps, you can absolutely hear the difference.
8. Multiple options for choosing a test sample you prefer and A/B testing make it a smooth process.
9. It forces you to take a preference test, then a hearing test, then an advanced test.
10. For me it keeps prompting me to take the advanced test, even after I have "taken" it multiple times.
11. Some parts I liked being more upfront, but then other sounds that would be in the background stand out too much and I can't recommend using the app because of that.In theory, this app is great.
