Zoho CalSync Customer Insights

1. There should be no reason to require an app to sync calendars.Just do not work I general, Zoho is cool but here... I think calendar and its android integration have to be redeveloped from scratch.

2. And you can only sync your individually owned calendars and not calendars for groups you're in.Stopped working at some point, and upon updating, deleted months of past and future calendar data in what was supposedly a "two-way sync".

3. it's a never ending stress because for several days or even weeks I cannot sync my calendars anymore.even missed customer appointments.

4. Please implement standardized calendar sync that everything else uses.

5. The app has no option to sync multiple accounts.after each update this application ends up having some sort of error.

6. Paying Zoho user, BTW.The app does not seem to sync automatically.

8. I tried reinstalling and it decided to delete a bunch of events.I have several calendar app and the only one it sees is Outlook.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zoho CalSync Issues

1. Fix Zoho CalSync Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zoho CalSync: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zoho CalSync App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoho CalSync" » Open Zoho CalSync » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoho CalSync » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zoho CalSync app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoho CalSync servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoho CalSync" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zoho CalSync app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoho CalSync might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoho CalSync. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoho CalSync then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoho CalSync not working


2. Fix Zoho CalSync Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoho CalSync be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoho CalSync not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoho CalSync may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
