Why should I report an Issue with MonokaiToolkit?

1. I ask you to solve this problem so that we can activate our profile guard again.Thus app doesn't even deserve any star it take so long just to open your account, but in the end it will just keep loading and loading worst app🖕this is the only app that i used to use for my avatar profile pic to have a guard on because it's just so fast and quick app.

2. What kind of app is this.it got worse bc of the update, i can't clean or guard my profile picture,i can't even log in, it keeps poping up that there's an error occurred, i even uninstalled an install it but still the same, just a month ago this was working fine but now it's worse, im so disappointed:-UTo the developers.

Can you make the adguard feature on the Facebook profile lock better why is it useless when it is activated and when others see it can take screenshots of our profileI used to be able to activate my Facebook profile guard with this application, but in recent updates, the profile guard is not activated.

4. If it can have no adds it will be better .Worst app ever I hv seen ,i downloaded this just because to remove the least interactive friends or disabled ones but when I logged in my account in this ,It was showing removing friends I was waiting for almost 1hr to finish the scan .

5. When I did the whole process and get back to my fb app ,the disabled acc's was still there,it didn't removed a single friend ,my friendlist was the same as of earlier 😑This doesn't even deserve a star.

6. but since the new update is released, the profile guard isn't there anymore.

7. i'm so dissapointed.I used this app before, but now it has a problem; that they want to accept cookies and I can't scroll down to accept it.... Please solve this bug!!After downloading this app.

8. When adds pop on the screen , the app pauses its functions till the adds are closed manually.

9. It's so slow, it just keeps on loading and loading.

10. So one can't keep eyes of screen coz ads come every 2 minutes .

1. Fix MonokaiToolkit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MonokaiToolkit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MonokaiToolkit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MonokaiToolkit" » Open MonokaiToolkit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MonokaiToolkit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MonokaiToolkit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MonokaiToolkit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MonokaiToolkit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MonokaiToolkit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MonokaiToolkit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MonokaiToolkit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MonokaiToolkit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MonokaiToolkit not working

2. Fix MonokaiToolkit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MonokaiToolkit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MonokaiToolkit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MonokaiToolkit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
