1. Now, the app is glitched its not showing me my return request status or anything and I called c.s a mil times and they tell me my return will be picked up within 24 hours but it has been almost a month there is nothing they can do.

2. I have to reload the page.It's been more than a year, I still haven't received refund/replacement after I returned the order and the customer service is irresponsive.

3. 👑 Switch to Myntra, THE BEST in every aspect.Very bad experience, after 10 days when I carried the customer care simply they said my order is cancelled.

7. I would have done that already if I knew I would be wasting my time on this app feature.My order was delivered 4 days ago and its still showing in-transit in the app.

8. They always say that within 10-15 days pickup will be done but no one comes and now it's been a month now.

9. Have raised a return request couple of weeks back and it's not getting picked after multiple follow ups.
