1. I do not recommend this app at all simply due to the lack of assistance from the developer end and the errors that occurred while using it.I accidentally selected the free week trial to their service, the app didn't even work to zip/unzip files, I then was charged $350 for a years membership because I forgot to unsubscribe after uninstalling the app.

2. I tried out the app for 2 days, then decided to cancel my trial subscription before the 3-day trial period was up, but was still charged $279.99. The customer service is abysmal, and I doubt I'll get a refund: I have a suspicion that a lot of people are bilked outta their $$ by getting charged during the trial period and then ignored subsequently.

3. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPI hate this app; it doesn't let you download, any files named the same replace eachother, they require you sign up for $200 (with a 3 day trial) and there's no account area to cancel (even though they claimed you could cancel anytime).

4. What a RIP OFF.After attempting to use the free service without putting any card information in, I didn't even see any of the zip files that are on my phone.

5. I am deleting this app.I tried this app half a dozen times before I canceled the subscription and it never did unzip any of my files.

6. I've tried multiple times to contact the developer for a refund as I'm experiencing financial difficulty due to covid, but have not received a response.

7. The banking details must come after the 3-day trial period has ended.

8. It leaves file improperly identified in the file system and leaves refrences to deleted files.

9. This is not viewable from the phone itself but if you connect to a..!!App worked great for the first month or so, then suddenly stopped loading in any new files.

10. If you want to try out something free with good features, try 7zipper.!!Do not use this app for file explorer purposes.

1. Fix Zip File Opener Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zip File Opener: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zip File Opener App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zip File Opener" » Open Zip File Opener - Zip File Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zip File Opener » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zip File Opener - Zip File Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zip File Opener servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zip File Opener - Zip File Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
