1. I downloaded the app and was really looking forward to shopping for shoes - especially but, I noticed - during the "account setup" phase that, try as I may, the app forcibly sets my postal address to a neighbouring suburb, 22 kilometres away! I thus promptly deleted it from my device.Using the Mobile Zando App, I tried using the Instant EFT option for a payment.

2. How the heck do I scan a QR code when I need to physically log into my banking app to scan the code? Who designed this user journey? Did you test it out using the Standard Bank app??? Gosh, this is SOOOO frustrating! There was no other option other than to scan the QR code.Zando has kicked me out of my login on the app two times now.

3. There are also duplicate items when you browse and as soon as you add an item to your cart and choose to continue shopping you are not routed back to your place and must start scrolling through all the items from the top.It's an okay app.

4. I got to the stage where I logged into my bank account, but I was then asked to scan the QR code to confirm the payment.

5. On the Zando app, it is very easy to miss the "Earn Ebucks" part, it does not appear on the screen unless you keep scrawling down.

6. There's just a little bug recently, when you go into a item to have a better look of them and go out again to scroll down to see the other items, all the same items already viewed reappear for like multiple times again.

7. Consider making the images larger within the existing block of the grid.The new experience is improving although it still takes long to find what you are looking for.

8. It's very frustrating scrolling through hundreds of sale items and then none are in your size.

9. I will change review once sorted.Some UX/UI feedback - while the new look is nice and clean, the product images are so small that it makes it difficult to see.

10. So now one must only scroll through the items without going into them in order not to see the same items over and over again.

11. I don't understand why? I do still like shopping at zando very good online store.Ridiculously substandard app.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zando Online Shopping. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zando Online Shopping then reinstall.

  • To whom it may concern. I request that my Zando account please be deleted. I have no use for the account as I rarely purchase from Zando, and I have been disappointed by your poor service especially when I made an accidental mistake when I recently tried to place an order.
