Why should I report an Issue with YourStateID?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Your State ID, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

No good.Hey guys need to fix the app I gave you a three for right now I can't get in it won't let me log in it's stuck on one page try to fix it please so I can use this app thank youYou can't even access it, bc it only shows 1 screen & it is to enter your Username & PW, but I am new to it, so how in the BLEEP can I enter a Name & PW when I never created either one???my experience with this app was terrible they keep asking me for a username and a password and they haven't given me one so you cannot ever open the app upif this app will come with instructions or a way to sign into it it would be a lot better trust me this is going to take some time to figure out time I don't have.It doesnt give an option to create a username and password.

Further more, you cannot use for traveling or as a driver's license replacement and or for Irlines/trainsThis app don't work at all this is froze on the first board where it says open up your state or whatever is froze right there and then when you put in your code or what you're trying to create it it gives you a yellow caution sticker stag at the top of the board this app is worthless it doesn't work and need to be took down immediateWants you to log in with username and password but gives you no way to set up an account.

3. I gave the app a low rating solely because it can't be used, yet.No actual physical brick and mortar store accepts this form of identification and you cannot use it to but alcohol, cigerattes, naughty magazines, and you also cannot use it to pick up your prescription(s) medication(s).

4. A Google search seems to indicate that none of the states currently offer digital state IDs, although several are taking steps to do so.

5. Deleting it now.Asking me to login, but said username not recognized.

6. Just completely a waste of time.

7. This is a failure in my opinion.

1. Fix YourStateID Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YourStateID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YourStateID App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YourStateID" » Open YourStateID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YourStateID » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YourStateID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YourStateID servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YourStateID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YourStateID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YourStateID might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YourStateID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YourStateID then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YourStateID not working

2. Fix YourStateID Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YourStateID be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YourStateID not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YourStateID may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
