YEEDI Customer Insights

1. Map lacks features, like editing areas of the house for whener it views two rooms as one and needs to be split, adding a room that weren't added, or combining different maps to get a complete map of the house.

2. The rooms have very different vacuuming needs and I would like to use the vacuum that way.Installed the app, updated firmware (1.2.9), mapped + additional steps required to run.

3. So frustrating There is no way to update your WiFi thru the appAs I was proceeding to download the app, I noticed the poor rating.

4. I wish I could give this a good review as I'm more than pleased with the suction power of the Veedi vacuums.

5. The app doesn't update unless I close it and reopen it sometimes, and there are mandatory app blocking ads in the app, absolutely bizarre considering we paid for the vacs.

6. Switching off my phone's wifi and then rm repeating the steps doesn't fix anything.

7. If you seek help it takes you to a webpage but it's actually still within the app so you aren't able to go back and forth to follow directions or seek additional information.

8. The suction is awesome but everything else, no.It took a while until I was able to get a decent (not complete) map of my house.

9. Even though on the cleaning log it shows that cleaning occurred outside of the initial map, the map itself did not update.Used to work great until the most recent update.

10. It won't function on high, it only works on medium or low suction, which doesn't do well with our carpet.

11. The one issue is that the vac on the initial exploration went back to the base to charge before it was complete and then ended the task instead of continuing after charging.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix YEEDI Issues

1. Fix YEEDI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart YEEDI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the YEEDI App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YEEDI" » Open YEEDI » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YEEDI » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear YEEDI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YEEDI servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YEEDI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check YEEDI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YEEDI might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall YEEDI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YEEDI then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YEEDI not working


2. Fix YEEDI Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YEEDI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YEEDI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YEEDI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • bought a yeedi 600 last month it seems to have a battery or charging issue the light on the charging base has never lit up after leaving it in for weeks to charge i finally got it to work but it only ran for 15 minutes when it ran it seemed to work well but definitely see an issue with charging properly.
