1. Nice a list can be imported, but weird that: - a whole list cannot be deleted or several select students - marks cannot be changed after closing the attendance was recorded - Tests tab is unclear about the purpose and usage -This app helped me a lot in maintaining student attendence and even their test results.

Messy!The app is very useful but if you consider it would be amazing if you will add note or remarks to the attendance just in case in a day if there is no class then we can just note it down and also if the performance of the students can be exported just like the attendance then it's really a big help to us... Thank you so much...Too bad the app stopped at about 30% of what it should be.

1. Fix Attendance Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Attendance Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Attendance Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Attendance Tracker" » Open Attendance Tracker - Helpika » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Attendance Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Attendance Tracker - Helpika app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Attendance Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Attendance Tracker - Helpika" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Attendance Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Attendance Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Attendance Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Attendance Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Attendance Tracker not working

2. Fix Attendance Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Attendance Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Attendance Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Attendance Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
