1. pop-up over top of app and on other apps! i dont like this! i'm unstalling it now!I was okay with it at first, but then my phone was spammed with excessive ads?! Just repeatedly taken over by ads when the stupid app wasnt even open?! And then I'd try to stop the ad and it would just go though 4 or so ads.

2. Other than that, the app is a living virus, multiple ads appear on my screen at random, prohibiting my phone from performing whatever task I was doing at hand.

5. It's crazy, don't recommend it.was there an update that took away the option to import your own photo to use as a background? cause it used to pop up when I would click on the little scissors on the bottom but now it doesn't.

6. I'd be fine with the ads WHILE using the app but every time I check an email, text, message, notification I get a full page ad from Cut Cut.the ridiculous account of ads make it useless.

7. Even when I'm not in the app! It will just randomly pop up when I turn on my phone, close all my apps, and just going to the home screen.

8. but since I cant upload my own photo to use as a background, I've had to download others that aren't as good as this one.

10. 😠😡 it appears to have some promise, but i can't actually accomplish anything because the ads take over, one on top of the other and within seconds of the last one.

1. Fix Cut Cut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cut Cut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cut Cut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cut Cut" » Open Cut Cut: Photo Editor & CutOut » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cut Cut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cut Cut: Photo Editor & CutOut app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cut Cut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cut Cut: Photo Editor & CutOut" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cut Cut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cut Cut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cut Cut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cut Cut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cut Cut not working

2. Fix Cut Cut Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cut Cut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cut Cut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cut Cut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
