Why should I report an Issue with BlackCam - Black&White Camera?

1. It's not so much for someone who really likes changing specific detailed settings, but it's perfect for amateurs like myself.Good results from applying filters and manual adjustment... but edited photos are saved to an "Album" which can't be found anywhere, rather than to an area viewable using Google Photos or a gallery app.Junk app.

2. That sucks because it writes the photos to a weird place on the phone where they never get backed up and never show up with all my other photos.

3. But the photos do not get to the regular place on my phone where all my other photos go, into Google Photos.

4. It would be nice if this app contained more image ratios like 2:3 or panorama, and a means to select the most used filters for quick access.It is a great black and white camera program, much better than all the others.

5. One of them does absolutely nothing past the preview (e.g. re-saves unchanged original if only that effect is used, even though preview is an obvious speckled effect).Haven't been able to fully test the app due to a problem saving images to my SD card.

6. Especially helpful are the monochrome color filters that show an approximate preview of the filter effect on the negative.

7. Very slow to take photos photos exist only in the app (at very low resolution) and you cant get to them by going into the folder.

1. Fix BlackCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BlackCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BlackCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlackCam" » Open BlackCam - Black&White Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlackCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BlackCam - Black&White Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlackCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlackCam - Black&White Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BlackCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlackCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BlackCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlackCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlackCam not working

2. Fix BlackCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlackCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlackCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlackCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
