1. Also, they recently took away the option to click a phone number and call it from your phone... Now it just copies the number and you have to take 4 more steps to paste it into your keypad and dial it after exiting the app... Why?Absolute trash.

2. Last time I was able to log in, all of my appointments were missing, past and future.Their quality experience and prices are definitely going down.

3. Any conversation with customer services always moves forward very quickly to how to change the package and add more things that nothing really needed and instead of helping busniess owners they are becoming very unaffordable.

4. Checked and it was already updated.Mobile app has some big issues, like screen orientation, looking up invoices/jobs always starts with the oldest and you have to scroll forever to get to the newest invoice/job.

5. I'm switching to just using Firefox, until the app gets fixed.It has not been a good experience.

6. Screenshots, screen recordings, copies of the permissions and more their answer was update the app.

7. The customer service is not available and the text features for help is a long wait most days.

1. Fix Workiz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Workiz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Workiz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Workiz" » Open Workiz » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Workiz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Workiz app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Workiz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Workiz" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Workiz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Workiz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Workiz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Workiz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Workiz not working

2. Fix Workiz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Workiz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Workiz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Workiz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
