1. My solution would be to find any weightlifting app for better time entry UX as the experiences need to be smooth as to not interrupt one's workout.MUCH time is wasted trying to clock in or sign in (repeatedly), or dealing w/errors.

2. So great to try to request time off when you can't even sign in because the stupid app doesn't want to work after an update.

3. It asks for email verification, but every time I type in the verification code (correctly, as the screen tells me it is), it says "Success.

4. Why not just have trusted devices or fingerprint login? Also, it wont allow anyone to request days off through it; it says that the service is unavailable at the time or that it just simply isn't available at all.

5. I'm fortunate I don't use this as a time clock, but I use it for educational purposes, as well as checking payslips and benefits.Time entry is very frustrating and has a learning curve.

6. Test the UX with a new user and you will notice that they'll have to first figure out how entry works, then note how the process is incredibly sticky as the app does not go from step to step, rather you have to play touch zone tag and figure out how to enter simple numbers.

1. Fix Workday Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Workday: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Workday App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Workday" » Open Workday » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Workday » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Workday app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Workday servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Workday" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Workday app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Workday might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Workday. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Workday then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Workday not working

2. Fix Workday Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Workday be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Workday not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Workday may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
