Why should I report an Issue with SaveTrip: Trip Planner?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. PeaceI may be stupid, for eventually not finding the destination country in the list, but why the hell the country selection isn't made by a simple search?! UPDATE: After redownloading the app in response to the reply, I went through the long county list, and was able to find my destination country.

2. But is it possible to take into account the time? Like before 5 Jan 3pm is considered before the trip.I feel as though this app is so close to being perfect! I wish entering flights, accommodations, transportation would be easier instead of manually having to put everything in.

3. Can I make a suggestion? Can you please add folders under notes section to organize documents like tickets, visas, hotel confirmations etc? Also a toggle on notes section to show Grid/List view of the Files/Images etc.

4. Needs more currencies.So far this app has been great for planning, it seems like it will prove handy to keep track of plans and events.

5. If I mix up the days because I wrote the diary one evening for let's say 3 days and mixed them up cannot just edit tbe date but should delete and rewrite in tbe correct day.

6. I just hope they can link the activity to those files/images since most details are in those attachments, hence no need to input the info manually.Very good app.

7. I love that it includes expenses option so you can easily keep track of your spending.

8. Unfortunatly the free version allows only 2 Google maps searches per day.. wow.. plus the UX is unfriendly, needs lots of changes.I have tried 3 other apps before SaveTrip & I'm loving this app so far.

9. Cannot add photos or texts in between, for instance if I later receive more photos for that day and want to add them to the diary in right order and not just in the end.

10. I wish there was a way to let my husband edit from his phone though.This is a nice app to keep records of everything about your trip.

1. Fix SaveTrip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SaveTrip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SaveTrip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SaveTrip" » Open SaveTrip: Trip Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SaveTrip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SaveTrip: Trip Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SaveTrip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SaveTrip: Trip Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SaveTrip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SaveTrip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SaveTrip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SaveTrip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SaveTrip not working

2. Fix SaveTrip Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SaveTrip be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SaveTrip not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SaveTrip may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
