Easiest zero stars and uninstalled.very perfect in playing videos, it's just having a disadvantage of not having a contrast setting, even though almost all video player applications have that light setting, thanksThis was the best player in its time... Wondershare doesn't support it anymore and it hasn't been updated since May 2018.

2. Total app time on tablet - less than 10 minutes.Just downloaded, installed The player but eventhough my Galaxy note 10+ and Chromecast are connected on same Wi-Fi the player gives me an message to turn on UPNP on my device which i have no idea what or how and can't cast anything in my phone.

1. Fix Wondershare Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wondershare Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wondershare Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wondershare Player" » Open Wondershare Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wondershare Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wondershare Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wondershare Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wondershare Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wondershare Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wondershare Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wondershare Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wondershare Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wondershare Player not working

2. Fix Wondershare Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wondershare Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wondershare Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wondershare Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
