1. Keep it up!The app is easy and very useful when it works, 2 stars because it gets stuck on converting new rates, you have to keeping refreshing until your current exchange is listed below, in most cases even after 20 refresh attempts it still brings up previous rates and not the current figure inputted, or a message saying "we dont have the route info" very annoying.

2. Like if I don't want to change the standard $1000 to maybe $2000 or $200 , the app gives wrong figures for the cost ..I found this app to be useful when checking and comparing different currency's... all without the adds and such.

3. Reason for 4 stars, I was disappointed for the lack of currency's like silver, gold and other rare and semi rare metal.Occasionally buggy and lacks a reminder setting to let me know when I rate I want is available.

4. Add support to drag favorite rate-row up/down.Excellent easy to use app! But as mentioned by so many other reviewers, a notification when your target rate has been hit would be so useful.All looks good.

5. But if you try to compare different amounts of money to exchange the app goes a bit crazy and gives crazy figures .

1. Fix Currency Converter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Currency Converter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Currency Converter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Currency Converter" » Open Currency Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Currency Converter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Currency Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Currency Converter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Currency Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Currency Converter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Currency Converter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Currency Converter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Currency Converter then reinstall.
