Why should I report an Issue with eZy Watermark Photos Pro?

1. So I decided to upgrade to the full version only to find out that templates can be transferred over, and despite asking for this feature for years and being told it's coming soon it has still yet to arrive on android but apparently it's available on IOS.

2. This app has a promising future, but things definitely need to be worked on.I use the watermark multiple images feature and got really bad experience.

3. What happened If I input 50 images? I have to check all watermarked images and arrange them again.very useful for single image processing.

4. Plus/minus buttons are easy to hit at the same time, and half the time the minus button hits the undo button.

5. So I don't see how it's a big issue to allow templates to be exported or linked to an account to be transferred to other devices.New to the app but loving it so far.

6. The only thing I'm noticing which is a pain, is the plus and minus button to make more or less transparent, the minus button is too close to the back button so it keeps cancelling it.

7. Now after applying my watermark, it just brings me back to the main screen whenever I try to save to my phone Gallery or share on Instagram.

9. When I get to the option to Export, when I choose where to Export it to, the app says it encounters a problem and then the app freezes and I have to close it.

1. Restart eZy Watermark Photos Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eZy Watermark Photos Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eZy Watermark Photos Pro" » Open eZy Watermark Photos Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eZy Watermark Photos Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eZy Watermark Photos Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eZy Watermark Photos Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eZy Watermark Photos Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eZy Watermark Photos Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eZy Watermark Photos Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eZy Watermark Photos Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eZy Watermark Photos Pro then reinstall.
