Gets the work done.I downloaded this app, sent my phone pictures via a link to download it to my computer but the problem is that this app only allows us to download these same pictures in .heic format (which mean that you can't see your pictures if you use a windows)This app allows me to send videos and other files to friends.No notes to big or need to make it smaller.

SorryWhile it supposedly creates a " link" for you to share, that link can't be opened unless that someone has this same app as well in order to view it.....🤔 Since when do you need an app to open the link? Horrible way to force into sharing this app.Amazing! For those who are giving reviews of not being able to download.

1. Fix LinkFileShare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LinkFileShare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LinkFileShare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LinkFileShare" » Open LinkFileShare: Send via link » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LinkFileShare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LinkFileShare: Send via link app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LinkFileShare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LinkFileShare: Send via link" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LinkFileShare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LinkFileShare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LinkFileShare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LinkFileShare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LinkFileShare not working

2. Fix LinkFileShare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LinkFileShare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LinkFileShare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LinkFileShare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
