1. I love this video editing software, but there are some features that could be put on the computer version like captions and overlapping photos on to videos.

2. One of them couldn't export, another couldn't access their video even though they weren't finished editing, ect.I have been using it for more than a year, every day.

3. I like this app, but use your computer for more advanced features.Here's something new: when you apply a zoom effect on a photo it displays normally in the specific photo preview but when you look at the full render preview it throws a "swooping" effect on it that is completely unwanted.

1. Fix Video Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Editor" » Open Video Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Editor then reinstall.
