1. Crashes in DYI... 🤬That's good game but when you talk to someone the other talk whit you you can't noticias because the notifications is not goodWont load, keeps saying check your network connection.

2. I just started playing it and while the graphics are cute (eyes are a bit creepy) the game requires a very strong connection and definitely requires patience while loading.

You can't change them; if someone throughout their gameplay was also transitioning, it'd be pretty annoying to not have the option, then there's those who want to play who don't conform or identify as male or female, what will those who are Non-binary/Genderfluid/Gender Queer, etc., pick if they don't have an option they can pick.

1. Fix Star Idol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Star Idol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Star Idol App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Star Idol" » Open Star Idol: Animated 3D Avatar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Star Idol » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Star Idol: Animated 3D Avatar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Star Idol servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Star Idol: Animated 3D Avatar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Star Idol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Star Idol might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Star Idol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Star Idol then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Star Idol not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Star Idol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Star Idol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Star Idol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
