1. If I wanted Tango to be like TikTok or another app then I wouldn't be using Tango in the first place...Ok, the update is bad, broadcasters can still see you even if you're not in the broadcast (creator can't see you tap to enter broadcast), live streams 95% of the time don't load, premiums load to a black screen (see above), chats from other broadcasters just disappear after deleting an offical tango message, 90% of the settings are gone, broadcaster pauses broadcast and you have to close and re open, the app is just a bug ridden mess with missing settings.One of the worst apps.
2. One of them is the overheating the device, there is an automatic moderator that you can't even say a simple hello without blocking words that are supposed to be offensive??? The app needs a lot of work not just by over draining your battery but when broadcasting shows low connection something that doesn't explain when im using Netflix and other apps that work just fine in that same location.As far as streaming platforms go it's horrible.
3. On twitch I get the latency but you can lower it but this you can'tMy mom, sisters and I have been using Tango for at least 6 years to group chat, send pictures and videos and has been great, but since the last update we no longer get notifications or messages for hours if at all.
4. My only complaint is sometimes you pay to join a premium stream and it end quickly, then you would have to pay again to join when it restarts.After Facebook login was disabled, contacted support endless times but no response for 4 months to emails, through app or any other way of comminication,no matter how many times i follow up.
5. Please focus on being Tango and avoid trying to be like TikTok or whichever app(s) those prior horrible updates/redesigns were inspired by.
6. Hoping Tango can find a different home page and fix the the problems or we might have to look for a new app.
7. It have been four days and non of you has some time to solve this silly issue.
8. No respect to your customers!! If anyone has an issue, no one will solve his problem!! All the support team are sleeping.
9. Edit: The updated app isn't working at all, and premium is disabled in the web version for some reason.This app is fun to use, but there are some issues that need to be resolved.
10. They also took away the feature that you could use to find people in the same state as you.
11. I don't know why you removed the feature where we can see a blurred preview before unlocking the private shows.

I have a problem in the tango website especially on my iphone
When i tap on any stream it is always buffering like it work for 2 second and it lags again

Здравствуйте. Мой акаунт в приложении танго взломали и взломщики привязали свою учётную запись Payoneer к кошельку для вывода средств из акаунта. Тех поддержка приложения ни их сайты не реагируют на мои письма. Для проверки можно сравнить что моя электронная почта привязанная к аккаунту в Tongo не соответствует с Payoneer . Сейчас весит табличка " заявка рассматривается в течении 3 дней. Сегодня уже второй . Я сменила номер привязанного ранее телефона и изменила пароль к привязанному google.account. В сам приложении Tango даже технический бот не отвечает. В электронном письме на их адреса я скинула скриншоты необходимые . Писала именно со своей электронной почты которая привязана к моему аккаунту .
Прошу отказать в привязки данного запроса Payoneer и помочь проверить аккаунт если входы с других устройств .

The app is rejecting to redeem my diamonds, and customer service in the app are not responding, please I need someone to contact me to fix my issue ASAP
Cash out is telling me my redemption has been denied due to a non diverse gifter base or gifter history. I am not the the only biracial female experiencing this issue. And i find that to be racist and discriminatory. I would like this resolved immediately.

Hi, I inadvertently created a new account yesterday with my secondary email address and not long after that discovered that I have already established an account with a higher amount of followers and higher amount of credits /gifts that I would like to collect and it’s activity under this email address. The correct account has way more follows and way more gifts that I still need to exchange for payment.
