Why should I report an Issue with Instars - Earn Crypto, Chat, a?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. Shame.WOULD be a great app IF you could actually use or transfer any of your earning out of instars to use it!!! It's literally USELESS it looks great and all until you go to transfer your DAI or INSTAR out of there wallet to your own wallet and find out it fails every single time!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! I've been trying to contact support for MONTHS now and NOTHING !! COMPLETE SCAM!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!!!!Doesn't work, can't withdraw and the mobile app is stuck on the verification screen, asking for my birth year etc, I've already provided this and it works on a PC, as in I'm logged in properly and have completed some surveys... Mobile app still stuck though and can't withdraw at all... pointless...Edit 5: Already received earning for the 4 receipts submitted.

My verification is on hanging since last 30 days.Keep saying Instar is disrupting market research, but its being worthless, with 1000 tokens minimum to withdraw, declining number of surveys, less than 2cent per token, been using the app for more than 6months but i only have 544 token and less payment of token per survey, 0.25token per survey, it will take me more than a year to withdraw my 10$ worth of tokens.

3. Now I'm editing this review to add the fact they decline receipts way more often now, saying out of date when it's not!! Unclear picture when it's not! They only allow three receipts per day, declined or not!! hint, hint.) My other receipt-reading apps have no problem reading the receipt, but getting worse for Instars.

4. people might pass by and see my private info, so i think this is also a matter of security and privacyWhen you reached 100 instars, there are times that they will decline your receipts because it was duplicated.

5. So i will just rather use normal survey sites that pays $0.80 - $1 per survey and doesn't ask me to do KYC and plenty of surveys to do.I submitted my KYC around 24 hours ago and have yet to hear back.

6. So its not a 24-48 hours review.Just wasted my time.

7. But I made sure that the receipt is within the time range.

8. Edit 3: Just receive a confirmation email for the FIRST receipt I submitted.

9. it is horrible, and this mostly because i have a long email address, but not li.ited to this, because i find it a real pain in the ass to fill in my user and password everywhere i am and open the app.

10. If you submit your documents for verification,it will take undefined time.

1. Fix Instars Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Instars: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Instars App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Instars" » Open Instars - Earn Crypto, Chat, a » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Instars » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Instars - Earn Crypto, Chat, a app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Instars servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Instars - Earn Crypto, Chat, a" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Instars app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Instars might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Instars. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Instars then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Instars not working

2. Fix Instars Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Instars be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Instars not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Instars may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
