1. Although my videos always give an error message when they are finished being built but thankfully when I look for them in my gallery they are there ready for use.Hey I have a problem.. 2. It only shows if the preloaded words on the app are to be used, but if one delete the preloaded words, other font style will show but 'focus and 3' wont show ,please do advice me on what to do as l need it urgently.Very good app functions very well.

3. I wish there's an option in which the text it self could be save as a transparent background so that it would be useful more in some photos and some edits.. You can check my account on how it looks like using this apps.

5. In Instagram @muakarenbeautyDear Developer, your App is very ok but l noticed that the font style called "focus" do disappear when one want to use it.

1. Fix Text Animation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Text Animation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Text Animation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Text Animation" » Open Text Animation - A Animated Vi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Text Animation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Text Animation - A Animated Vi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Text Animation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Text Animation - A Animated Vi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Text Animation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Text Animation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Text Animation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Text Animation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Text Animation not working

2. Fix Text Animation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Text Animation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Text Animation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Text Animation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
