1. Been having these same issues for at least a year so don't really see them changing anything Edit: updating to add that the app doesn't save your current search settings so constantly changes categories on youFor the most part it's a great app, especially if you are just browsing.

2. There's no icon for followed projects, it's hard to find backed projects and I had to go to the desktop website to modify my payment for a project.

3. I have been using Kickstarter for a few years now and for the most part all campaign items that I've backed have been completed and arrived to me.

5. I have backed 63 projects so far, I'm used to it being a very easy to navigate app but now that I've switched to Android it's horrible.

1. Fix Kickstarter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kickstarter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kickstarter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kickstarter" » Open Kickstarter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kickstarter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kickstarter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kickstarter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kickstarter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kickstarter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kickstarter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kickstarter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kickstarter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kickstarter not working

2. Fix Kickstarter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kickstarter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kickstarter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kickstarter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
