1. Suggestion for improvement: improve the color options so one can choose any two colors for the animated text, instead of the limited preprogrammed color combos provided.((edit)upgrade fixed and much better) The app prioritizes giving you a ad then crashes so you never get a animated text.

2. The GUI, the size of the text, the badly labeled buttons, etc.. Obviously a lot of work went into this, but to get a decent product out of the Animated Text you would have to reprogram the app! The limitation are limitless! I've used others that have fewer variations than this does, but here you can't make things that look like the thumbnails.

3. It's just that the damn thing keeps crashing everytime I try to add my logo! It's very very annoying and hence the 3 starts + it would be nice if we could change the fonts AND have a few more effects, as well as change the font while keeping effects.Installed app on Moto G6.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Legend » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Legend - Intro & Animated Text app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Legend servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Legend - Intro & Animated Text" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Legend app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Legend might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Legend. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Legend then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Legend not working

2. Fix Legend Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Legend be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Legend not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Legend may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
