Not a great layout design though, probably should organize that better.Stardollar bundle discounts available in browser don't exist in the app, and the "gifts" that come with app purchases are outdated - I think they've been there for a few years now 😕 Ability to add new items to wishlist would be nice too, as well as being able to purchase superstar membership with my google play credit.Just downloaded app and there's no option for me to sign up.

Please Stardoll, figure something out so us chrome book users or people who have to use mobile devices can play again.disappointed:/ I just got the game, and wanted to see if I could play on a mobile device to actually play the FULL game on my phone on my bed comfortably.. but that's not the case because you can't even play the actual game on this.

Super, super disappointed.I think it needs to be updated or something when you try to click another tab you always need to close and re-open the app but it is a good thing when you can't be home on a laptop you can get items you want and stuffWish this app had a suite so that you can get the items that is shown on your scenery that says you own... Because on the launcher it does not show the items.

4. Hope you guys will make a full experience game mobile app soon.horrible. i feel so sorry that it doesnt work anymore in pc because i used to play this game alot when i was young and i just got nostalgia but nothing.

5. I have bought so many years of superstar and now that I cannot play it on my Chromebook I can't play it thru a mobile device either.

6. It also doesn't show all your friends & the new releases are always late! On another note, it's nothing like the site, you can't do much.Great app if you want to know when a new limited store is released without getting on the computer.

7. Also sometimes the app isn't updated with the site so a LE store might not show up until all the items are sold out.Pretty okay, Honestly I like it for the most part.

If you minimize the app to go to a different one (without closing), when you go back to it, it will be frozen, & you have to close & reopen it again, which sucks if you only keep it open for chat, because the chat will be reset when you reopen, & will have potentially missed if someone messaged you whilst the app was minimized.

9. I do wish there was a way to access the Bazaar and closet inventory, especially of you are paying for a membership.

1. Fix Stardoll Access Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stardoll Access: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stardoll Access App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stardoll Access" » Open Stardoll Access » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stardoll Access » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stardoll Access app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stardoll Access servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stardoll Access" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stardoll Access app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stardoll Access might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stardoll Access. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stardoll Access then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stardoll Access not working

2. Fix Stardoll Access Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stardoll Access be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stardoll Access not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stardoll Access may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
