1. 😊 I would love to see a way to communicate with our avatars via AI! That would be a feature that would really open up an all new and cool virtual world for every user!!! 😎(Long time player for 8+, new account is 2+ years old for context) I always come back to this game, play for 6 months+ then uninstall for the same issues.

2. Chat rooms crash the entire game, key board won't come up after one message gets sent in game; Used to be able to lower the quality of graphics to boost load times which helped this issue, but not anymore, which really affected my rating.

3. The amount of time you have to play the game to get the coins add up to 3+ hours only for about 200 credits and it gets exhausting.

4. Also finding friends can be difficult some times.I really like this app though I have a huge suggestion! You should be able to get rid of any clothes, shoes, hair etc that you don't want and as well make it were you can categorize shirts, pants, dresses, shoes etc.

5. And ot keep moving me to places in the room.I have an issue with the app STILL not paying us reliably for our surveys, but other than that have taken full advantage over the apps full features.

8. The only problem is I do a lot of downloading games to get credits, I wait the time suggested and longer, but I still get no credits and I've done enough to at least have 10,000 credits and I don't have any.

10. Rooms take soo long to load and if you go to your inventory when you're in a room, the room reloads again.I love this app, A LOT.

1. Fix IMVU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IMVU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IMVU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IMVU" » Open IMVU: Social Chat & Avatar app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IMVU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IMVU: Social Chat & Avatar app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IMVU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IMVU: Social Chat & Avatar app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IMVU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IMVU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IMVU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IMVU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IMVU not working

2. Fix IMVU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IMVU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IMVU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IMVU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
