Please fix this problem before you get more bad reviews.I know you did your best fixing this game but anytime I go inside it says it isn't working so I'm sorry I did one star but it's not working this isn't a great game at all.After i have installed it, when i open it shows unfortunately avatar creator has stop0ed.

2. So one star so don't download this game but if it works for you do ItWhen I clicks this app,it always says 'Unfortunately AvatarGirlMaker has stopped'...So I request to pls repair this issue as soon as possible.It doesn't even work whenever you log on it doesn't work like why .

3. Whenever YOU open this app it just says "Unfortunately Avatar Creater has stopped !" I was devastated!! I thought it's my phone coz usually it does this!! But NO, this is the worst App I (ME ) have downloaded! And I have a question!! How did other people get to play it Coz ONLY ONE GUY said it great ! IT NEEDS ADJUSTMENTS.

4. Idk if it was the game or my tablet cause, the tablet is very old so, that might be the problem but I doubt it!This game is not my favourite one because of this (the game does not have any thing related to the picture of the game) and it's a totally different game in side.

1. Fix Avatun Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Avatun: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avatun App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avatun" » Open Avatun : 3D Avatar Creator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avatun » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avatun : 3D Avatar Creator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avatun servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avatun : 3D Avatar Creator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avatun app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avatun might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avatun. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avatun then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avatun not working

2. Fix Avatun Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avatun be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Avatun not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Avatun may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
