Why should I report an Issue with CrushMe - A Young Chat Hub?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I can't refer to a particular message like Whatsapp but not bad still.. It still needs more features like sending voice notes, posting videos from gallery, video calls and more exciting featuresVery interactive people on there, all around the world.

2. I suggest having more features or things to personalize so we can actually match with someone more well and specific; And I also suggest having the ability to change which location you wanna meet people with.

3. Can you imagine how annoying it will be after you just composed a 100 word text and then you try to send but it won't, why?? That it detects sensitive content!! Then you have to go through each and every word editing it, adding or removing sth just to bypass the filtr.

4. after more than 30mins of TA, you then decide to edit this word, "into" by spacing making it "in to" and you tap send and hahh its delivered??.. Too many words, no spaceIt's a very cool app.

5. A lot of people without pictures and most people are out of my area, state or country with no way of narrowing it down.

6. Not really a dating app, more of a social app for people who like chatting online.

7. Can you also add a feature to show when a player has last been online? That would be great.

8. You can personalize a lot of things, I don't remember seeing any ads so I am assuming there's none,I also like the cartoon face feature.

9. You need to enable us to return from the anonymous voices that are previously changed and also do this to the swipes at the meet now ribbon.

1. Fix CrushMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrushMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrushMe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrushMe" » Open CrushMe - A Young Chat Hub » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrushMe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrushMe - A Young Chat Hub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrushMe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrushMe - A Young Chat Hub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrushMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrushMe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrushMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrushMe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrushMe not working

2. Fix CrushMe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrushMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrushMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrushMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
