1. I do wish you could just make your avatar without requiring the use of an image of your face, but, hopefully the loading issue is solved soon or be provided with info to help the process so that I could one day make an avatar!A high-spirited application to use with our friends and families! The Avatars and the animations are mesmerizing, with a myriad of songs in the music library! I highly recommend 'TaDa Time' for people that are in a quest for a cool, crisp Animation application! In a nutshell, 'TaDa Time' is a complete fun-packed entertainment application for all age groups!Best application ever! It is the best 3D AR application possibly made and though I’ve many applications on my phone to play, I prefer choosing TaDa Time! 2. So, overall, the app details and the features seem quite interesting, creative, and intriguing; However, it gets stuck on 70% whenever it's trying to process the image that I upload for my avatar, and I can't seem to figure out how or what to do to solve the issue.

1. Fix TaDa Time Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TaDa Time: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TaDa Time App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TaDa Time" » Open TaDa Time - 3D Avatar Creator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TaDa Time » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TaDa Time - 3D Avatar Creator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TaDa Time servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TaDa Time - 3D Avatar Creator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TaDa Time app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TaDa Time might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TaDa Time. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TaDa Time then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TaDa Time not working

2. Fix TaDa Time Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TaDa Time be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TaDa Time not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TaDa Time may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
