Very unhappy with the fact I just bought the wasp4k camera and this camera that wont connect to mobile phones just keep getting errors when connecting to wifiTrash.. will not connect via wifi.. tge phone connects to camera.. app will not recognize it.. pretty useless without this.. i will never buy another wasp product orvtgat of parent company.. all i can hope after this rip off is that the scathing reviews I'm leaving everywhere saves some other folks some coin.wifi work great with model 9906 but taking picture quality is bad.

2. wish i use it as security camera and see the live feed when ever am out of town...this app is trash, like other reviews have stated the action camera struggles to even connect with the app/ your phone and downloading your content you recorded takes FOREVER!!Cant even connect tryed all 3 apps to the wasp cam and no connection what app works with it ??????totally sucksso far so good, just wish u can zoom in and out on the app.Don't make any sense can't follow prom can't navigate no instruction how it even works.

3. Stupid junkCan't connect to the camera via the established WiFi connection "unknown SSID " .The SSID is default value so app is the problem.

1. Fix WASPcam App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WASPcam App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WASPcam App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WASPcam App" » Open WASPcam App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WASPcam App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WASPcam App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WASPcam App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WASPcam App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WASPcam App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WASPcam App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WASPcam App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WASPcam App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WASPcam App not working

2. Fix WASPcam App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WASPcam App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WASPcam App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WASPcam App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
