2. even if you reinstal restart format throw out the window! bs appWell it says its an old version of the app, doesnt offer an update, so wont connect to the camera or allow me to do anything with it ffs.

5. Apparently the version I have is for an older version of android.. then I shall give more starsits actually decent, cant tecord but with a screen capture... it works great.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WASPcam ROX Issues

1. Fix WASPcam ROX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WASPcam ROX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WASPcam ROX App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WASPcam ROX" » Open WASPcam ROX » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WASPcam ROX » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WASPcam ROX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WASPcam ROX servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WASPcam ROX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WASPcam ROX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WASPcam ROX might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WASPcam ROX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WASPcam ROX then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WASPcam ROX not working
