1. Should polite the customer and talking softer! Thanks!Noob app, in-app photo taking self verification process is so useless that it won't check or warn you whether the image quality is good enough, wasting tons of time.

2. What does that even mean? Does upgrading to another version mean you also have to buy another phone?!? Seriously?!?Updated: Thanks for quick response from support team.

3. Ambiguous instruction email, laggy server, online registration is a pain in the neck because of the always-ready-to-freeze-at-anytime servers.One thing that's not good I could not transfer between accounts.

4. I will keep this rating until I can access my account via the app.After updating my phone last week I get an error saying the app is not compatible.

5. The fast transfer service always have issues while other banks rarely have that kind of issue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyVIB Issues

1. Fix MyVIB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyVIB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyVIB App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyVIB" » Open MyVIB » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyVIB » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyVIB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyVIB servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyVIB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyVIB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyVIB might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyVIB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyVIB then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyVIB not working


2. Fix MyVIB Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyVIB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyVIB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyVIB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
