Then they send you a code and that doesn't even work.It sucks...it's been this way all week..stays stuck on the same thing for the last 12 hours ..I've tried everything with no good resultsThis app has an issue every week like today I can't login in it just says error earlier this week it couldn't update my pay can't wait to see what will happen next.Did not receive updated pay or direct deposit.I love this app up until you took away the Daily Pay! What's up with that? My coworkers are pissed too! 😠This app is good in theory, and when it decides it wants to let you log in.. (almost never) Nearly every time I try to access the app tp view my paystubs or upcoming check, I get an error code upon logging in.

2. I haven't been able to access my paystubs for around a month now.. For the purpose of the app, the fact that it barely functions as intended is disgraceful.

1. Fix Viventium Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Viventium: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Viventium App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Viventium" » Open Viventium » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Viventium » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Viventium app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Viventium servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Viventium" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Viventium app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Viventium might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Viventium. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Viventium then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Viventium not working

2. Fix Viventium Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Viventium be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Viventium not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Viventium may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
