1. Had to go through applying online to use this discount, provide personal details, download this app and only able to use it once.Used it twice then it said the offer had ended even though after checking I know the corporate offer is ongoing, at this point it's pretending there is no internet connection when there is for every other app.Stopped working.
2. Tap to redeem the offer, watch a circle spin for 30 seconds, and then get told there's no internet connection.Worked once then went to blank screen.
3. Side note; Ensure your shell station accepts offer before attempting to use, as some will say something like "this is a franchise, we don't take those vouchers".Does not work.
4. I went out of my way to use Shell, would've been cheaper to use alternative.Have to wait till 9am for a new voucher to appear and when redeeming the voucher at the counter, they said the voucher doesn't work.
5. The first 2 times the cashier had to manually put 5 x 1 cent discounts in and the 3rd time I scanned the app and it didn't apply the discount, I tried again and it said that it has already bern used today.
6. Signed up through corporate, worked fine then stopped working, every time it says I've already used the voucher when I havnt.
7. The verification code works, but i cant get beyond the next screen.
8. Cannot scroll through terms and conditions in app on my phone at least, though they are worth a read as they're spectacularly unfair to the user.
9. The next time I got gas I filled up and was driving the truck.
10. When I got the gas and was driving my truck started doing funny things.
11. 1 time I had to get gas from a station other than She'll.
Only worked for two occasion. Now asking to contact support@redacted
