I would give it 5 if it has option for backup and restoreit is a good app,it has a lock,secret notes and all that stuff but... i give it a 3/5 cause i think you could add stickers more colours and under-lining the people could choose a theeme change the colour of text and text type (The Font) it eoukd be intresting and better like if you agreee it would be great if you did that! that would be greatI wrote my vows for my wedding on secret notes...a month before the wedding day the app auto- updated and wiped my entire notes clean! Like they never existed.

3. I would like to see it have one or two more options such as being able to put a picture as the background also and rearrange note in chronical order like for instance if you make a page 1 and page 2 then list them in order after each other Thank you for your timeApp is great .

4. Poor app that just isn't safe to keep anything important.Have used this for years not one problem and it comes in very handy at times.. I highly recommend! I've downloaded it on numerous phones works the same each time.

1. Fix Secret Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secret Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secret Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secret Notes" » Open Secret Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secret Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secret Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secret Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secret Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secret Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secret Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secret Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secret Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secret Notes not working

2. Fix Secret Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secret Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secret Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secret Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
