1. I can't send you a log, I have deinstalled the app)good...but needs to hibernate phone....something is always running in background....The longer I use it, I can really see the difference as it really does save battery as my battery would go dead in 12 hrs or less just running, doing nothing but idleing and I am not a heavy user at all.

2. Its my must have app now along with lmt launcher 3.1.I suggest a little bit of visual beautification of ui and more advertising.The only thing it seems to do is limit internet usage...oh wait, that doesn't seem to work either.

1. Fix 2 Battery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2 Battery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2 Battery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2 Battery" » Open 2 Battery - Battery Saver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2 Battery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2 Battery - Battery Saver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2 Battery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2 Battery - Battery Saver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2 Battery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2 Battery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2 Battery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2 Battery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2 Battery not working

2. Fix 2 Battery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2 Battery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2 Battery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2 Battery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
