1. I had the old secret server online app for your cloud hosted verison, but when I reset my phone the app disappeared.Every time asking for SAML authentication... Can't change Passwords with this app... when we try to switch other apps, again it's automatically going for authentication... Need to upgrade more...So far so good.

2. The search works better on desktop.Does this app actually work? The old "PAM" version just hangs, and when it try to type the secretserveronline URL with my username and password to this new version, it tells me the request to secret server failed.

3. A few tweaks for text input fields would be great (having field description help text for the field that clears as you start typing).Edit: The latest update resolved my connection issue - now I can connect to my server.

4. Can't access personal folders, search shows secrets you don't have access to view details of, auto-fill is overly aggressive in areas then fails to populate in others.

1. Restart Delinea Secret Server: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Delinea Secret Server App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Delinea Secret Server" » Open Delinea Secret Server Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Delinea Secret Server » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Delinea Secret Server Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Delinea Secret Server servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Delinea Secret Server Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Delinea Secret Server app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Delinea Secret Server might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Delinea Secret Server. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Delinea Secret Server then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Delinea Secret Server not working
