Have deleted it.umm l think it would be better and more helpful if yu allow this app to be offline some features in order to use them yu have to be online that's really not cool because some of us really need time to use some apps in offline mode l hope yu understand 🙂😁but honestly l love your app it's coolI like it when I saw it in the play store cause I'm looking an app to learn more about Korean... I like in before I started to download it but... I'm very disappointed in this app... the loading even my WiFi is fast.. but it keeps loading loading and loading for so long that it irritates me... hope to fix it... thank youUnable to use this app.

2. It also asks for too many permissions to access files etc on your phone.This app has been excellent help for planning my holiday to Seoul, however I'm very disappointed that when I try to access the map of my listed attractions the app crashes and closes.Since the update it hasn't been working.

3. Pretty disappointing for an official tourism app of a supposed to be a tech advanced country.After app was installed, it keeps asking permission to acces my photos, media, and files in my phone and I denied it.

4. Why does it needs to acces my photos and files in order to use it? The app start up screen keeps rotating and it even cannot start.

5. It would probably help if they start with trying to make it work as a marketing tool before they start thinking of asking people to book their flight on an app that doesn't even work.

6. It had endless pop up requests asking for permission to access files and location.

7. It asked to access location which I allowed, then asked to access files and photos which I did not allow.

8. The contents take a long time to load and the map just doesn't work all together.

9. Probably the worst app ever which is sad as I'm in Seoul and could really do with honest information.The app doesn't load.

1. Fix VISITKOREA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VISITKOREA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VISITKOREA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VISITKOREA" » Open VISITKOREA : Official Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VISITKOREA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VISITKOREA : Official Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VISITKOREA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VISITKOREA : Official Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VISITKOREA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VISITKOREA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VISITKOREA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VISITKOREA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VISITKOREA not working

2. Fix VISITKOREA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VISITKOREA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VISITKOREA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VISITKOREA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
