1. Annoying that ride queue times only available in park, a few times my phone thought it wasn't and I could not get times.Used to be able to see the ride times without being there, this helped me pre plan what day to go as I could gauge the queue times over the space of a few weeks.

2. It also helped me to prepare mentally if it was likely to be a busy day which helped with the anxiety (I have RAP but if queus are likely to be quiet it is OK, hence the liking being able to pre plan by seeing in advance ride times) xFirst time visiting and it was amazing.

3. The app is really good tbf, although service is inconsistent in places at the park itself.There was no issue and I like seeing the queue times even if I weren't there but now you have stopped us from.

4. Support is non-existent, been waiting a week for a response...Removed queue times for those not in park in most recent update.

5. Go figure?Not now being able to see the queue times unless you're physically at tje park has now put me off using this app.

9. If you're embarrassed about long queues and ride closures... maybe sort that out instead of just blocking outsiders from seeing it.Went the entire day without going a single ride due to closures and long (~3 hour) queues.

10. this resort is definitely recommended to families of all circumstances.Won't let you view ride times outside of the park now.
