1. I try monthly to recharge my account through the app but it doesn't work! It tells me every time I try " you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts, your service has been blocked" I contacted you to fix it million times but still not fixed! Wish you fix it ASAP.Internet keeps disconnecting , have to restart my phone multiple times , spotty connection in the city , the app itself is confusing , if you click something to know what it is or what it does it will change your plan or add these stupid services without my permission , offers are not clear , you must enroll in a college to understand their bs or live here for a while to decipher their lingo , basically I don't recommend especially I am in the quarantine and trying to keep in touch with family.Recharging using Credit Card is a hell literally! Almost always the process ends up with a blank page instead of the ID Checker page...

Unfortunately,my experience with customer service was frustrating and unhelpful.Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, I continued to face long wait times,unresponsive staff,and unfulfilled promises of solutions.I hope the company takes my feedback seriously and tries to improve their customer service department ensure happy customersbad service There are no after-sales services for subscribers, and you cannot speak with subscriber services except through a talking system onlyI am not gonna say it's the worst app but the worst experience ever.
3. Looks like they are having more customers without any improvements in the network!!! I can't even open a single website! I have been calling the customer service for a month with no solutions yet you are telling me that I can't cancel my subscription due to the contract! Am I dealing with pirates!! Don't tell me to contact the customer service THEY DIDN'T SOLVEYou should add that when the user edit his password all the sign in devices should sign out a stranger has a access to my account and i cannot make him sign out .

And for some reason the app didn't let me delete my account,so the illegitimate access ends.I have contacted the Facebook page and i didn't get any response I have contacted the customer care service at 1333 and he did nothing to help me .I think a monkey could build a better app than this trash.
5. I waited for a long time to speak to an employee, but no one responded Also expensive pricesI want to express my disappointment with Umniah's poor customer service.As a loyal customer, I expect the company to provide better treatment and service.

8. The only logical explanation is that it's made to selectively work (when it suits the company) and otherwise fail.
