And yes, I just updated the app and that problem persists.Very bad app and very bad experience: I do not suggest it : you pay and bank cut the amount but app says your payment faild , then you have run one year to return your money if they will doFor updating the meter reading, the option currently available in the app is to take a photo with phone camera only.
2. Kahramaa app is very smooth and use friendly, payment option makes life much easier.. Staff member are friendly and provides hassle free sevices on branch.very slow and complicatedI think the payment through this app is not properly programmed and linked with the system.
3. The app should allow uploading a photo from phone's storage also.The app will not accept the meter reading, which is the whole point of having the app in the first place.
4. I just got sms from Kahramaa on 1 Mar for these payments (delayed almost 1 month).most convenient for payment and tracking.easy to useVery poor outdated app.
5. Error ridden app after updates.Always stuck to loading screen every time I'm doing payment.
6. From bank info, these transactions are executed on 8 Feb but I didn't see in the payment history in the app.
7. I have been trying to apply for a move in to nee property but for the whole morning it did not work and keep restarting or returning me to the very beginning.
8. I paid using credit card on 2 Feb 21.
9. Takes ages to perform a sime task.
10. It logs the user out and then does not accept log ins.
11. It was said error then I paid again.
