1. 😢 Wish there is also an option where a user can rename a file or highlight some phrases in the ebook.I love the feel of this app and would have liked to make it my go-to reader(with a 5 star rating), but I find it uncomfortable that when I zoom in on a page and keep scrolling downwards the pages aren't horizontally fixed in position and rely on my vertical scrolling precision in order to do so.

2. I have been trying to find a reader that would just let me read my documents, no unnecessary features like editing a PDF and all that.

3. It allowed me to read some mobi books that went to my android phone rather than to the Amazon kindle program.

1. Fix EBook Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EBook Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EBook Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EBook Reader" » Open EBook Reader -- support Epub, Pdf, Mobi, Fb2... » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EBook Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EBook Reader -- support Epub, Pdf, Mobi, Fb2... app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EBook Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EBook Reader -- support Epub, Pdf, Mobi, Fb2..." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EBook Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EBook Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EBook Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EBook Reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EBook Reader not working

2. Fix EBook Reader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EBook Reader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EBook Reader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EBook Reader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
