1. I Keeping 2016 Very old 😪Brother printer T420W head problem in just 2 years (home use), it has been 20 days since giving it to the service center for repair, but it has not been fixed till date.

2. My only qualm is, I wish the name for the icon on androids would have the word "Brother" in it! I can't easily search among my apps for it because the icon name is "SupportCenter" with no spaces 🤦🏾 ♀️🙄Downloaded as website says to use it, as you can 'contact brother directly from the app'.

3. The printing is so slow that even for a two page print it's preferable to boot the laptop and print from it than wait for printing of the second page to finish.Most useless app.

4. It showed me that the drivers and software are available but did not show where they were (link or otherwise) or offer to download them.Worst printer... bought DCP-2541dw and it s prints are awful.

1. Fix Brother SupportCenter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Brother SupportCenter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Brother SupportCenter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brother SupportCenter" » Open Brother SupportCenter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brother SupportCenter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Brother SupportCenter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brother SupportCenter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brother SupportCenter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Brother SupportCenter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brother SupportCenter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Brother SupportCenter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brother SupportCenter then reinstall.
