If you change that i will rate this 5 stars bc this is a five star app, if you can save the pictures!!it's OK but not enough effects you can only use 1 effect at a time and it forces you to crop photos which if you have spent time making an image to then have to lose half of it is a bit pointless could be alot better I would use it more if the above issues were fixed would score higher but limited options mean at the moment I can'tHas potential, but forces you to crop your photos.

2. How long does a small video like that takes to export not long your app taking a whole intire 3 days to download a little video like thatWould rather not be bombarded with an ad upon opening app, be forced to crop my image, and have to rotate image before editing..Dreadful app.

3. Also wish you didnt have to crop so much of the photo out.Okay app, but forcing artists to crop photos is not only unprofessional, it's stupid.

4. I use square picture, tried to change the resolution to twice lower, still the app forces me to crop half of the picture ruining all the composition.

5. Good effects, BUT it's super stupid that you need to crop the picture necessarily.

6. That's the only reason why I won't use this app and won't recommend it to anyone.The effects are wonderful and some of the best ive found yet when i try to export my creation, any creation i make, it doesnt work.

1. Fix Animated Photo Effects Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Animated Photo Effects: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Animated Photo Effects App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Animated Photo Effects" » Open Animated Photo Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Animated Photo Effects » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Animated Photo Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Animated Photo Effects servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Animated Photo Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Animated Photo Effects app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Animated Photo Effects might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Animated Photo Effects. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Animated Photo Effects then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Animated Photo Effects not working
