Why should I report an Issue with Textro: Animated Text Video?

1. A lot of other graphic design applications give the option to use transparent backgrounds so it's just the visual effects that display instead of a colored background that unnecessarily covers some of the video or presentations they've created.This app was just what I needed.

2. It's just so simple easy to use ! Don't get me wrong, if you're creative enough you can do some really good intro/outro with ! My favorite part is that you can remove the watermark just by watching a video.

6. I like the fact that you can remove a watermark by watching an add but it will be better if you can allow us to choose to edit the font color.

7. I was tempted to give 4 star for not offering at least a few free videos every 24 hour and then apply the watermark but then business is business.

8. Nonetheless, Textro is indeed a cool app to have!over all the app is good! i love the styles, colors and fonts! i'm just hoping that you can add more styles and colors, more characters instead of 80 max.

11. Recommend appSo far the app is decent, but an idea that would make this app so much better for those who use it to create content is to create versions of these templates that have transparent backgrounds.

1. Fix Textro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Textro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Textro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Textro" » Open Textro: Animated Text Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Textro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Textro: Animated Text Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Textro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Textro: Animated Text Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Textro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Textro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Textro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Textro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Textro not working

2. Fix Textro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Textro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Textro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Textro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
