2. I had problems with all the previous apps I've tried because no matter what I did, could never get two videos to start at the same time, the trim option wasn't so flexible for me to manage.

3. But nice app without this all problems it works well 😊.I do like this app but a bit disappointed as I thought I could have more than 4 videos selected at a time.

4. But thanks to this app I could trim two separate videos easily in other for them to start at the same time so the voices could match as if two people were recording the same song at the same time.

5. I So go for it guys it will not disappoint you ..Nice app but not too good because we can only explore a video for 30 second and it allowed me to edit a video with only 4 video or pic.

1. Fix VIDO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VIDO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VIDO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VIDO" » Open VIDO - Video Collage & Photo Collage Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VIDO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VIDO - Video Collage & Photo Collage Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VIDO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VIDO - Video Collage & Photo Collage Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VIDO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VIDO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VIDO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VIDO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VIDO not working

2. Fix VIDO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VIDO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VIDO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VIDO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
