Why should I report an Issue with Vidooz - video filters?

It's not that good like other video editing apps but it's ok, it was useful though.Oh my god why you changed the filter pattern, i loved the Park filter, i usually use that only, and it was the best filter, i really loved this app a lot, but if Park filter doesn't come back, then i will have to uninstall it 😕, please let us use the park filter for damn free,Vidooz is a very nice app for editing photos and videos but one disadvantage I have noticed is that the voice doesn't often rhyme and harmonize with the videos, which needs to be worked on.I don't really like it the recording is great but you can't edit the video you have to get another app for that and you can record on that app anyways like powerdirecteromg this is not app this is my life .

Overall I do not recommend it to anyobad design there is no way to engage a third party File Explorer instead the app wants to open all my folders a ( and most of the folders with videos are missed out)nd list internally and in every folder it will only selectively list one or two videos out of 100 videos bad and retarded designI'm being totally honest I read a comment that gave a bad review but I downloaded it anyways the filters are fine but umm the stretch you're video so you have to screen record yourself and then edit it in an editor app if you really are in hurry.

No filters other than colour balance — waste of time and money from this developer that simply sells the same apps with different names.after missing with it and crashing, conflicts with systems I had to install it to my sd card and bypass Google security install from unknown places, if you download your videos thin use this app it should work for you but after that or before that I don't know, this app is really neat.

4. Does allow you to edit videos on your phone but not as a video editor, as a streaming camera instead.

5. Be careful not to delete it your systems my steal it by not reading your sd correctly, again a nice job.Well i rate it 5 because it was so useful at that moment when I needed a video editor ASAP.

6. I can bring the video and add filter but when it comes to save the video I cannot as it has no save button.

1. Fix Vidooz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vidooz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vidooz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vidooz" » Open Vidooz - video filters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vidooz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vidooz - video filters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vidooz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vidooz - video filters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vidooz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vidooz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vidooz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vidooz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vidooz not working

2. Fix Vidooz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vidooz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vidooz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vidooz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
