1. Ever since the update, I have a hard time getting my device to connect...tried clearing cache, restarting phone, unclipping and reclipping battery pack, moistening electrodes and all the other tips and tricks...after 15+ minutes of frustration, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it connected...if history repeats itself, I'll probably have to do the same every couple of weeks.Honestly, WHEN it works, it's amazing and I depend on it.

2. Beyond frustrating and a total waste of money! Belt doesn't connect or stay connected half the time.

3. It does not record your MEPS accurately and oftentimes it misses workouts and when it does record it's missing the accurate mep count.

4. There should be a way to trim the workout after the fact or at least indicate a stary/end with the app real time.

5. The app is now glitchy and during your workout you will be at your peak, and all of a sudden it just goes grey, not capturing or recording your workout.

6. It says it's connected and shows the status screen an hour or so later when you check it says it's trying to establish a connection.

7. No one should have to go months to get a "reward." Perhaps consider sub levels within the level.This app is really glitchy but worse since the latest update.

8. Not only does it take too long to reach a new level, but taking away the level that the user is on if meps fall short is RIDICULOUS.

9. Not user friendly whatsoever and definitely not accurate.Ever since they updated the app and their terms (if you don't meet your month they degrade your progress and status) I'm slowly beginning to just not use the POS any more.

10. Workout screen doesn't let you type in what you did for your workout, during your workout.

11. Once the belt detects it is on the workout begins.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Myzone Issues

1. Fix Myzone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Myzone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Myzone App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Myzone" » Open Myzone » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Myzone » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Myzone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Myzone servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Myzone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Myzone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Myzone might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Myzone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Myzone then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Myzone not working


2. Fix Myzone Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Myzone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Myzone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Myzone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
